Data minimization is the default.
ElectionHealing does not require seeker accounts. Directory filter selections can appear in the page URL but are not used to create a seeker profile.
Website forms
Availability requests, therapist applications and contact messages use FormSubmit as a third-party form-delivery processor and are delivered to info@aurorumventures.com. Do not submit detailed medical history, crisis information, client records or other sensitive health information.
Therapist applications
The initial public form collects business contact information, license state, availability and practice focus. License numbers and NPI details are requested separately during manual verification rather than through the public form.
Analytics and future changes
This policy will be updated before analytics, a provider portal, a database or other data-processing tools are added. We will not claim data practices that do not exist.
