What verification is
- A check of professional identity information
- A check of license status through relevant public/state sources
- A check that profile location and licensure claims are internally consistent
- A manual quality-control step before publication
What verification is not
- Not a recommendation or endorsement of a clinician
- Not a guarantee of care quality or outcomes
- Not a substitute for a seeker doing their own fit assessment
- Not a check of political ideology or party affiliation
Ranking independence
Verification is not for sale.
A paid listing status will not make a clinician more eligible for a search. State eligibility, availability and relevance come first.
